Meet The Manager

Colleen Gruenwald is Managing Director at Visiting Angels North Yorkshire West (Live-in Care).

Having worked in homecare previously. I saw care companies which were overworked and understaffed. I wanted to find a way in which caregivers could feel valued for their work and for our clients to receive their full allotment of time with care truly tailored to their needs.

Having seen the immense pressures that home care can place on families with both of my parents, I wanted to ensure we have a different ethos which ensures the clients families are put at ease knowing everything they need will be taken care of, and that we will care for their loved ones the way we would want our own families to be looked after.
