Meet The Manager

Stephen Andrews is Managing Director at Visiting Angels Cardiff (Live-in Care).

I have lived in Cardiff for my whole life, working inside the healthcare sector. With over 25 years experience in this area, I have witnessed a vast amount of difference within this sector both professionally and personally.

Joining Visiting Angels will complement the experience that I have within this sector, enabling me with the expertise to make a change in health and social care in my own local community. I am a well known member of the community, given a successful career spanning over 25 years in the dental industry. Listening to my patients’ stories about care they have received themselves, or care that they are trying to get for their loved ones, I have realised that there is a downfall here.

I hope to make a difference to people’s lives. Visiting Angels has a carer-centric model, which I am passionate about. Taking care of your employees ensures a positive outcome for the carer and the client.
