The development will include maintained communal gardens, a communal lounge, an on-site hairdresser, a bistro and car parking.  A little over half a mile away from the development you'll also find Bagshot Park, a royal residence owned by the Crown Estate and the current home of the Earl and Countess of Wessex. The park is not open to the public, but you can catch glimpses of the house from the main roads.
