Rebecca Bennetts brings over 12 years of experience in adult care and service management. She is passionate about creating a positive, uplifting environment where both the people Thrive supports and her colleagues can flourish. Known for her compassionate and relationship-focused approach, Rebecca ensures every individual receives personalised, thoughtful support that promotes wellbeing, dignity and joy in daily life.

Thrive Homecare offers high-quality care and companionship for older adults in the comfort of their own homes, with a strong focus on wellbeing, connection and purpose. Based in Kent, Thrive delivers personalised support through a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team.

Each person is supported not only by a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Associate, but also by a long-term Wellbeing Specialist. Meals are an important opportunity for relationship-building, shared cooking experiences, reminiscence and nostalgia, as well as maintaining a nutritious diet. Our Care & Wellbeing Assistants will ensure the people we support get enough of their favourite food and drinks with as little or much hands-on help as needed and preferred, from shopping to feasting!
