We want to help our customers reduce their cost of living by contributing towards the cost of three main factors:

• Pegasus Homes service charge

• Utility bills

Contributions will be capped at a maximum value, dependent on the property purchase price. The value of the contribution will be paid upon legal completion as a financial contribution deducted from the purchase price on the completion statement. Originally built in 1886, Queen Victoria House provides 25 of the retirement living apartments at The Vincent in Bristol. These homes comprise one, two, and three bedrooms and have been restored to emphasise their period features.

The rest of the apartments are housed in two newly built Regency terraces, Charlotte and Jacob, named after Jacob Wilcox Ricketts and Charlotte Augusta, Princess of Wales.
