Meet The Manager

Oliver Armstrong is Manager at The Armstrong Care Company Limited.

Oliver has worked in adult social care for a number of years within the Southampton community. He has first hand experience of what ‘good care looks like’. Oliver’s personal vision of delivering exceptional standards through the investment of highly skilled and qualified staff, maintaining clear communication and transparency as well as service user and family involvement from the outset ensure a safe, effective and caring approach is adopted, providing a reliable and dependable service.

The Armstrong Care Company was established after recognising the value and impact that high quality care can have on the lives and well-being of others. Remaining independent, comfortable and safe at home can not only promote a meaningful and fulfilled lifestyle, but also maintain consistency, community relationships and familiar surroundings as an alternative to residential care.

Adopting an approach that puts the service user at the centre of care planning, respecting individual preferences and understanding their unique needs is fundamental to providing the highest standard of care. Compassion and empathy go hand in hand with respect and dignity to deliver a tailored service that supports individuals with goals, ambitions and maintaining a consistently high quality of life.
