Sue Jackson is Manager at Stamford Court.
Stamford Court Care Home is a purpose-built, 40-bed care home situated in Stalybridge. With comfortable en-suite rooms and assisted facilities, Stamford Court offers an inviting and secure setting where delivering top-notch nursing and respite care is the number one priority. We recognise how important it is to provide support that maintains dignity and as much independence as possible for our residents, and our compassionate team works around the clock to ensure that the highest levels of support are available.
We are proud to host a welcoming environment for all of our residents and visitors, to make sure that everyone who enters our home feels respected.

This warm, welcoming home offers several places in which to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative, with lovely views of Stamford Park. In addition, the hairdressing salon is also very popular. The pretty, enclosed garden with patio, which is cared for by some of our Residents, is another cherished spot, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and spending time in the company of friends and family. All stylish and comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair. |

The carers and Residents at Stamford Court enjoy playing an important part in their local community. The home encourages an atmosphere of fun and inclusion and runs a weekly programme of events, which includes talks and demonstrations from local people willing to share their knowledge and talents. Performers from the area regularly visit and entertain Residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing, and members of neighbourhood groups, volunteers and other locals often drop in for a cup of tea and a chat. |
