Florence Garaba is Registered Manager at Spring Fountain (Private) Ltd.
Florence Garaba is a Registered mental health nurse with 21 years experience in both the NHS and private sector. Skills and experience include: managing clinical and non clinical staff in various mental health units, staff recruitment, facilitating and chairing clients and relatives meetings, involvement in staff disciplinary issues, responsibilities in training staff and ensuring competence levels remain high, developing new person centered care plans, reviewing care plans and care plan audits.
In addition I also have experience in assessing new clients with a variety of care needs that include; personal care, diabetic care, wound management and medication administration. As a nurse I am knowledgeable in carrying out medication audits, reporting serious injuries and taking part in multi disciplinary team meetings where life changing decisions are made in line with regulatory requirements.
