Meet The Manager
Lisa Tungate is Registered Manager at Samuel House.
I have always been drawn to caring for the elderly. I have worked in the care sector since leaving school in 1990. I feel a great sense of pride whilst supporting others and being able to meet the residents needs, both physically and emotionally.
Samuel House in Heanor provides round the clock residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
The experienced and well-trained team aim to create a caring and supportive community for residents and their loved ones. Residents can enjoy the quality facilities including a café, cinema room and hair and beauty salon.
Each tastefully decorated bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and outside there is a beautiful, landscaped garden, perfect relaxing with loved ones.
With views of Shipley Lake, Samuel House is located five minutes from Heanor town centre. The dedicated activities team organise regular activities, events and outings for residents.
