Meet The Manager

Hadrian Rodriguez is General Manager at Rose Water Place Care Home.

I am extremely passionate about the care we provide to our residents here at Rose Water Place, as well as their loved ones. Our team delivers dedicated person-centred care within a luxury environment, and ensure that every opportunity to “Celebrate and Enrich Life” is taken with both hands here.

From our personalised life enrichment, to restaurant-style dining, we are here to meet our residents’ every need.

I am a dedicated registered adult nurse with experience in a variety of settings in Barchester Healthcare and the NHS. I have followed my heart into Care Homes after caring for my grandmother with Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia many years ago. These experiences have allowed me to grow into a leader of our community dedicated to provide person-centred care and living to ensure that quality is always the priority.
