Victoria Hammonds is Manager at Prestige Nursing & Care - Coventry (Live-in Care).
I’m a Registered Manager who is truly passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. My background in supporting individuals with brain injuries has shaped the way I work, teaching me the importance of patience, understanding, and truly person-centred support. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in homecare, where I can help people feel safe, respected, and supported in the comfort of their own homes.
Making a positive difference in people’s daily lives is what motivates me most. I take pride in building genuine relationships with both clients and staff and in creating a supportive, positive environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy switching off by watching Formula 1, spending time with my dog, and relaxing with the things I love. I’m always striving to grow, learn, and improve in everything I do.
