PEAH Care Services Ltd is an organisation with trained staff that provides support to people with learning and/or mental health disabilities within a supported living setting. We cover domiciliary and live-in care, where we support individuals in the comfort of their home. We respect that everyone is an individual and they have to receive the care and support tailored to their needs.We work in partnership with the families to ensure that the individual gets the best care they deserve.
Our main aim is to support individuals to make choices about their lives by supporting independence. Respecting personal dignity, we build confidence and self-esteem for all the individuals in our care. All the care and support is person-centred as we believe that all needs are unique and different. We believe in supporting people in developing meaningful skills and being able to engage in meaningful activities.
We work alongside the local authorities and in partnership with social workers/health professionals, we provide a smooth transitional process where we support and encourage adults to maximise their full potential to reach their independence goals at their own pace.
