At Oxford House Community Care, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, professional and friendly care that enables people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. However, we also place great importance on helping to enrich the lives of those that we care for. We want them to feel valued and have carers they can talk to, who know them well and can anticipate their needs.

Our 27 years of experience enable us to recognize individual needs and tailor a personal care package that works for both the person being cared for and their family.

Our carers become a valued extension to the person's family. By building long-term relationships with the people they visit, our carers can recognise if there is a need for increased care and respond promptly to any concerns.

We pride our services on using innovative technology directly used towards improving the overall experience of our clients & their relatives. Our open pass app offers real time monitoring to see every detail of the visits that we complete, showcasing efficient & effective communication.
