Charlie Parker is General Manager at Montagu Hall.
A naturally positive person, I thrive on helping both residents and staff achieve their goals, offering encouragement and support every step of the way. For me, care is not just a job - it’s an extension of home, and everyone within it is treated like family.
Montagu Hall in Mexborough is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC (Nov 2025). The team provides round the clock residential and dementia care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.
The experienced and well-trained team aim to create a caring and supportive community for residents and their loved ones. Residents can enjoy the quality facilities including a café, cinema room and hair and beauty salon.
Each tastefully decorated bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and outside there is a beautiful, landscaped garden, perfect relaxing with loved ones.
Located just 10 minutes from Doncaster town centre, the dedicated activities team organise regular activities, events and outings for residents.
