At Median Wellness we provide professional and reliable care and support staff to organisations and homes across the UK on a permanent or temporary basis.
Median Wellness' staff has an excellent record of service delivery and support, which helps us to have continuous business. All our staff are vetted, character referenced and DBS checked.
Our learning and development programme provides continuous learning through our training scheme and client collaboration that enables our employees to gain further knowledge and experience on the job. This ensures that our staff can competently work with a variety of service users including adults from 18+, those with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health, and physical ailments. We also offer palliative care.
Our management team has the skills, experience, and tenacity to ensure the delivery of high-quality bespoke care. They are the role models for our staff which motivates them to serve with dedication and passion.
