Meet The Manager

Kelly Mulholland is Service Manager at Lomond View.

Kelly has worked in the care sector for 20 years and has been with Holmes Care Group for three years. She began her career as a Care Assistant at Stratheden Psychiatric Hospital and later worked extensively in community care, experiences that shaped her strong belief that life in a care home should feel positive, meaningful and fulfilling.

Kelly joined Holmes Care Group as a Care Assistant and progressed quickly into senior and management roles. After supporting Lomond View in 2022, she began her management journey as Deputy Manager before taking on her first Service Manager role in 2023. When the opportunity arose to return to Lomond View as Service Manager, it felt like a natural fit.
