Hi, I’m Rachael,

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Lifted.

When my mum was diagnosed with dementia aged 56, I had to find care, but I had no idea where to start, Everything was so confusing and unreliable, and I hated that I didn’t know what was happening at home when I wasn’t there. I knew she deserved better, so I quit my job as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and joined Lifted.

I’m proud to lead a team that is using the power of technology to make life better for families like mine. I can’t wait for other families to experience it too. We’re always looking for great people to join team Lifted or organisations to partner with. We’d love to hear from so get in touch.

Lifted Care are an award winning HomeCare company specialising in Live-in Care. We are incredibly proud both of the quality of our Care and respect with which we treat our Carers who receive training throughout their time with us. 

We would be delighted to support you with our Live-in Care services, providing a Carer who would stay seven days a week, offering reassurance and practical support. This can be a great alternative to a Care Home. From lending a helping hand in the morning and offering companionship to intense support for clients with complex needs, our live-in Carers have ample experience and are trained to think of everything. 

Supporting the families of our clients is also incredibly important to us. On top of a dedicated account manager all of our clients have access to our ground breaking Care Management app. This app allows you to keep up with your loved ones (/ your own) Care, giving peace of mind at the tip of your fingertips.

All of our Carer's go through a rigorous recruitment process to join Team Lifted. Once onboard they undergo a weeklong training programme. We recruit dedicated Carers who excel in their current positions and wish to make a diference, are compassionate and most importantly caring.

Sam is responsible for all the Operations at Lifted. He oversees the Care Team and the day to day running of the business. Sam was previously Operations Director at the online property company Yopa. He holds a BSc from the London School of Economics. Sam was inspired by his experience arranging care for his grandma over many years and, when he met Rachael, Lifted was born.

The Importance Of Meal Times

We know how important it is to maintain good nutrition and hydration. Our Carers can prepare all types of meals for their clients, including their favourites! They can prepare sandwiches and snacks, hot meals and pre-prepared foods. They will also ensure that their clients are consuming enough liquids offering a choice so that the clients hydration needs are met.
