Meet The Manager

Scott Wilkinson is General Manager at Lake View Lodge.

Scott’s previous experience includes time served in the British Army, he has also worked in both the restaurant and hotel sectors and has had numerous roles within residential and dementia settings, working in Hospitality and as a General Manager.

Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years he is passionate about all aspects of care being person centred, to ensure that all our residents live a happy and fulfilling life.

His leadership style is to lead from the front and provide a communal and caring environment, empowering teams to shine in their roles. Scott’s main ethos for himself and the team is to be the best they can be.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys cooking for his family and he also likes to be out in the fresh air walking his dog. Scott is a family man, married for over 30 years with two children and a beautiful granddaughter Elsie, who keeps him feeling young.
