Meet The Manager
Babu Rangarajan is Manager at Iris Court Care Home.
My vision is to build on the foundations that have been handed over to me and create a wonderful and person centred care facility to aid the lives of all of our residents. We will not only provide the highest levels of care in a premium environment, but will also deliver an individual plan for every resident to ensure that their lives are truly enriched.
I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years now, beginning as carer. I loved the role so much that i have worked in many different positions achieving a Level 5 NVQ in leadership and management to then regional director within the same company i had also won the prestigious award of care home manager until today where i find myself at the realm of this beautiful new home.
Iris Court, is a brand new purpose-built care home in Gosmore near Hitchin that is now open. The home is specifically designed to deliver first class residential and dementia care for older people in a homely, yet secure environment. Our experienced and dedicated team are ready to deliver exceptional standards of compassionate care, which focuses on the individual needs of each resident.
Care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person-centred approach. Meals are freshly prepared on-site by trained chefs, who offer a range of nutritious and tasty food, catering for special dietary requirements when needed.

We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators will bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise. |
