Suzanne Tullet is Home Manager at Holly Oak.
For me, being a Home Manager is about creating a warm, supportive environment where residents, families and colleagues all feel valued. I believe strong knowledge, open communication and leading by example are essential to building a happy, successful team that delivers the highest standards of care.
Holly Oak is a state-of-the-art home providing specialist, person-led residential and dementia care in Dursley. Working with their sister home, The Hollies care home, and their dedicated and qualified nursing teams, who provide extensive 24-hour care and support from the early stages through to the later stages of dementia they are a home for life.
Located in the Cotswold countryside, Holly Oak offers high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Currently undergoing refurbishment, Holly Oak has 46 en-suite bedrooms and a range of luxury facilities including a café and hair and beauty salon.
The team at Holly Oak take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, making sure they respect and embrace their personal identity and all that is special to them.
