We want to help our customers reduce their cost of living by contributing towards the cost of three main factors:

• Pegasus Homes service charge
• Council tax
• Utility bills

Contributions will be capped at a maximum value, dependent on the property purchase price. The value of the contribution will be paid upon legal completion as a financial contribution deducted from the purchase price on the completion statement. The customer remains responsible for paying their service charge, council tax and utility bills.

Depending on your requirements, meals can be prepared, household chores and errands taken care of, and medication administered. It’s recommended that staff check in with you for three one-hour periods throughout the day, but this package really can be tailored to your individual needs.
