Meet The Manager
Katy Clothier is General Manager at Highfield Care Home.
"I have worked in Health and Social Care since 2001, starting my career as a Support Worker and progressing through roles including Team Leader, Registered Manager and Quality Assurance Officer within the Local Authority.
I joined Highfield Care Home as General Manager in July 2026 and feel very proud to be part of the Highfield team.
I am passionate about providing kind, person-centred care and creating a warm, welcoming home where our residents feel valued, respected and supported to live happy and fulfilling lives. I believe that every resident is unique, and I am committed to making sure their individual needs, choices and wishes are at the heart of everything we do."
Highfield Care Home is situated close to the lovely market town of Tadcaster. The home is set in beautiful and tranquil open parkland, overlooking a lake and in close proximity to the historic Roman Catholic Church of Scarthingwell Park.
Our home provides excellent 24-hour residential care in a warm and friendly environment, as well as caring for those living with dementia. Our experienced and dedicated team are ready to deliver exceptional standards of compassionate care, which focusses on the individual needs of each resident.
