Meet The Manager

Louise Bradley is Regional Care Director at Helping Hands Home Care Walsall.

As Regional Care Director, I’m responsible for overseeing the quality of care delivered throughout our Central and new branches across the country. My aim is to deliver the highest standards of care through tailored, person-centred care plans that offer outcome-focused delivery through dedicated, expertly skilled care teams.

I learnt first-hand how important person-centred care is when my own father was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2014. Throughout his short fight with the disease, I was overawed and enormously grateful to the multidisciplinary teams who worked selflessly to make his last days as comfortable as they could be. This ignited in me just how important bespoke care is.

Helping Hands really care about helping people and making an impact - this career allows you to do that. We are all here because we want our customers to have the very best care, allowing them to remain in the comforts of their own home.

Louise Bradley

Because, life is better at home.

Opting for home care from Helping Hands Walsall gives you personalised support from the UK’s most widely-trusted home care provider.

Helping Hands is a fully-managed care provider. This means all aspects of your care are included in the weekly cost and it is exclusively managed by your local team, as well as being completely regulated by the CQC. We only employ carers who are kind, empathetic, and passionate about helping others, and every carer receives our industry-leading training which equips them to provide specialist support to people with a wide variety of needs.

We’ve been caring for people in their own homes for three decades. Whether you need visiting care a few times a week or round-the-clock live-in care, the extensive benefits of staying at home for care include:

  • Enjoy the comfort, familiarity and security of home
  • Personal, one-to-one attention from your chosen carer
  • Keep your existing lifestyle and daily routines
  • Choose your own meals, snacks and drinks
  • Continue living with beloved pets

If you or a loved one have recently been discharged from hospital or are being discharged imminently, you may need a bit of extra help around the home until you’re back on your feet. A Helping Hands carer can help your recovery through assisting with physio, mobility and medication, as well as providing practical assistance around the home and discreetly aiding with personal care routines.

We also offer short-term respite care for those occasions when someone needs care on a temporary basis. Perhaps you’re planning a family holiday and are looking for a trustworthy care provider to look after your loved one in your absence. We believe that our flexible, continuous respite service is preferable to the stress and upheaval of moving into residential care for a few weeks.

It might be that you yourself are receiving care and would like a travelling companion to accompany you on your dream holiday whilst providing specialist support. Whatever your reason for needing short-term support, we’ll make sure your respite carer fully understands your requirements and preferences, so that we can help you enjoy the right type and level of care.

Our team in Walsall can support you and your needs in the comfort of your own home covering Bloxwich, Dudley, Walsall, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, and the surrounding areas.
