Meet The Manager

Samantha Squibb is General Manager at Hazleton Gardens Care Home.

"I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years. I began my career as a Kitchen Assistant, where I quickly developed a passion for supporting people who require care and assistance. Inspired by the rewarding environment and the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives, I progressed into a Care Assistant role and steadily worked my way through the sector to become a General Manager.

Throughout my career, I have found caring for older people to be incredibly rewarding. Building meaningful relationships with residents and learning about their individual life experiences has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role. I am passionate about ensuring every resident receives person-centred care that respects their dignity, individuality, and needs."
