Meet The Manager
Nikki Swift is Manager at Hazelbrook Care Home.
Nikki is a registered nurse with over 20+ years in the healthcare industry and has extensive experience in the complex care sector including acute, neurological, mental health and learning disabilities. She has been a manager since 2019, predominantly within the specialist hospital sector.
Nikki is extremely passionate about what she does and truly nurses from the heart. Having grown up with a sister with learning disabilities, she understands what high quality, person-centred care should look like and deeply values the contributions of the individual, theirfamily & the care staff in achieving this.
Nikki’s always has great energy and a warm welcome for all who come to Hazelbrook.
