Meet The Manager
Stefanie Grant is Manager at Hampton Court.
With a decade of management experience, I've climbed the ranks from a specialist dementia care assistant to managing one of our specialist dementia care homes. During this journey, I earned my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management. My background in mental health and learning disabilities adds depth to the person-centred approach to dementia care that the Bloomcare family is renowned for.
My approach to care is warm and friendly, and, like all our management staff, I believe in leading by example. I've built a team that aligns with the fundamentals of Bloomcare’s values: love, courage, fun, servant hearts, and integrity. Combining these ideals empowers our residents to live with their dementia and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Hampton Court is one of our most beautiful care homes situated in southern Southport between Hampton Road and Scarisbrick New Road. This is a home full of love, happiness and warmth, feelings which are reinforced by our friendly, professional care staff. All of our staff are committed to providing unique person-based care to help our residents live independently and with dignity. Our elderly care service consists of 24-hour residential care, as well as short-term respite and day care.
All of our care is provided and bolstered by our range of services and facilities, all of which are implemented and maintained by our experienced professionals. We offer everything from dedicated GP and District Nurse services to our domiciliary eye care centre, our domiciliary podiatrist and dedicated on-site pharmacy.

Hampton Court is stunning inside and out, with our beautiful landscape gardens that roll effortlessly around the home. The dining room boasts beautiful views of the gardens on one side, and the view from the lounge area takes advantage of the view from the other side. |
