My name is Nikki, and I’m proud to be the Home Manager at Grace Court. It’s an incredible privilege to be part of this exciting new chapter and to welcome you into our beautiful new home. With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, I’ve seen the profound difference a truly supportive and loving environment can make.
My passion has always been people, ensuring residents feel valued and heard, families feel reassured, and staff feel proud of the care they deliver.
At Grace Court, we’re not just creating a home; we’re building a community filled with warmth, laughter, and a genuine sense of belonging.
I’m excited to begin this journey together and look forward to all that we will share.
This luxury home offers exceptional features and facilities designed to enhance the lives of residents. With 58 beautifully furnished ensuite bedrooms, a welcoming café, an elegant hair salon, spacious lounges, and expansive outdoor areas, the home provides comfort, style, and community.
As the eighth residential care home in the Sanders Senior Living portfolio, our Canvey Island residence reflects our commitment to dignity, respect, and compassion. Here, residents maintain independence, build friendships, and enjoy active, meaningful lives.
Every day, residents relax and socialise in modern facilities, savour freshly prepared meals in our dining restaurants, and take part in a rich programme of social events and activities curated by our dedicated Lifestyle Coordinators.
