Meet The Manager
Nikki Mould is Operations Manager at Four Hills Care Home.
Thank you for taking the time to look further into what we have to offer you or your loved one. Here is an opportunity to look at some of our staff team in the home, who all play a vital role in day-to-day life.
I have worked in the healthcare sector since the 1990s and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. My career has progressed over the years, including spending many years in the NHS, and I am proud to have been recognised as an RCN Finalist in 2022 for Patients Choice Award, GBCH North East Highly Commended Nurse 2022 regional finals and Caring times Care homes Hero 2022. I am very passionate about ensuring the residents receive the best care and experience, with a special interest in dementia care.
I work with a dedicated and supportive team who aim to achieve the best for the home. I look forward to welcoming you to our home.
Four Hills is a modern, purpose-built care home in Glasgow, offering nursing care and residential support to older people. Our dedicated team of skilled and attentive staff are committed to satisfying each individual’s needs and ensuring the highest quality of care. Our stated aim is ‘to foster an atmosphere of care and support, which both enables and encourages residents to live as full, interesting and independent a lifestyle as possible’.
The home, situated at the heart of the Ruchill community, is split into four separate units, all with single bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. There are shared lounges, many quiet areas and a small, self-contained flat available to visiting relatives. We’re lucky to have the best of both worlds – we’re just a stone’s throw away from the bustling West-end and the city centre, yet a half hour drive will take you to the bonny banks of Loch Lomond.
We welcome visitors at any time and are happy to offer helpful advice if we can, so please feel free to call us or to drop in.

Four Hills provides care for 120 elderly frail residents who all have individual care needs. Our caring team provide support to not only our residents but also to their relatives too. Our single bedrooms provide a personal area and we encourage residents and their families to make the space their own. The home has lots of communal areas where residents can socialise together or have small family gatherings. Our activity and lifestyle programme is arranged for all our residents to participate in and is updated regularly based on ideas from our residents group during our resident forum. Our Resident of the Day strategy ensures each person receives at least one day each month where the focus is all about them. We have a monthly concert and to date this is appreciated and enjoyed by most residents. The Four Hills Taverns is open for business every Friday afternoon and is an area where residents and staff socialise, hold pub quizzes and partake in a little refreshment. The team at Four Hills try hard to meet everyone's needs and encourage all residents and their families to join in the fun. |
