Delore Care was founded on a shared frustration.
Our founders spent years working across the care sector, from large national providers to smaller local operators, and saw the same challenges repeated everywhere.
Families wanted good care. Carers wanted to deliver good care. The people receiving that care deserved nothing less. But the systems, pressures and processes around them didn’t always make it possible.
Care became rushed for the sake of efficiency. Visits became tasks. The human moments that matter most – a familiar face, a conversation, a small act of kindness — got lost in the mechanics of delivering a service.
Our Wiltshire branch is based at White Horse Enterprise Centre and provides at-home care across Trowbridge and the surrounding areas in Wiltshire. A local team delivering care that is personal, unhurried and genuinely committed to the people we support.
