Delore Care was founded on a shared frustration.
Our founders spent years working across the care sector, from large national providers to smaller local operators, and saw the same challenges repeated everywhere.
Families wanted good care. Carers wanted to deliver good care. The people receiving that care deserved nothing less. But the systems, pressures and processes around them didn’t always make it possible.
Care became rushed for the sake of efficiency. Visits became tasks. The human moments that matter most – a familiar face, a conversation, a small act of kindness — got lost in the mechanics of delivering a service.
Our Bristol branch is based at Knowle West Media Centre and provides at-home and live-in care across the city and surrounding areas. We’re proud to be part of the Bristol community — bringing Delore Care’s relationship-centred approach to individuals and families across the region.
