Darnley Court Care Home, part of HC-One, offers expert nursing and dementia care in Glasgow within a calm, homely environment. Every resident is supported as an individual, with care shaped around who they are — not just their condition.
The home is proud to host the Specialist Dementia Care Community (SDCC), one of Scotland’s leading environments for people living with dementia. Developed alongside Professor Graeme Stokes, this unique community fills a real gap in specialist dementia support, providing personalised, therapeutic care in a safe, comfortable setting.
At Darnley Court, we take time to understand the person behind the diagnosis — their story, routines, preferences, and what matters most to them. Using tools like the Behavioural Assessment Tool (BAT), our team identifies triggers and designs meaningful care plans to enhance each resident’s wellbeing.
Residents benefit from a full team approach, including Dementia Care Managers, Assistant Psychologists, and highly trained colleagues who share a genuine passion for helping others live fulfilling lives.
As part of a larger care community, Darnley Court offers seamless step-down pathways, allowing residents to move into a more standard care setting as their needs change — all within the same home.
