Meet The Manager

Agnieszka Musial is Senior General Manager at Darcy Gardens.

I can't wait to welcome you to our beautiful new home. My aim is to ensure that every resident, their family, friends and other visitors to the home, including our own team members, feel welcomed, valued, and respected as part of our caring and compassionate community.

I hold a Master’s degree in Health and Social Care and have been working in the UK for the past 16 years in diverse care environments. Throughout my career, my primary focus has always been to deliver outstanding person-centred care to our residents.

I feel truly honoured to be part of our resident’s journey, ensuring that they all have a smooth transition into our luxury home and supporting each resident to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. My team and I look forward to welcoming you to our home for coffee and some delicious homemade cake whilst we discuss the various ways we can support you or your loved one to enjoy a happy life within our care in the Darcy Gardens community.
