Paula Hepworth is General Manager at Collington Park Lodge.

With over 25 years of experience in the care sector, Paula is deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care. She believes that moving into a care home is not the end, but the beginning of a new and enriching chapter. Her commitment to dignity and respect empowers residents to create new memories, enjoy meaningful experiences, and continue living life to the fullest.

As a leader, Paula fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where both residents and team members can flourish. She encourages ongoing personal and professional development and consistently strives to uphold the highest standards of care.

Outside of work, Paula is a devoted mother of two and loves watching her children grow. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cherishing quality moments with her family. Her warmth and dedication shine through in all she does—both professionally and personally.
