My role at Carrstone House involves overseeing the opening and ongoing management of this service, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and compliance. I bring with me a wealth of experience in care home management, with a focus on creating person-centred environments that prioritise the well-being and dignity of all residents.
Joining the team at Carrstone House is an exciting opportunity for me to contribute to the community in Downham Market, and I look forward to working closely with residents, families, and staff to build a home where everyone feels valued and cared for."
