Debbie Fletcher is Home Manager at Brook Lodge.

Debbie has always had a passion for care, which inspired her to begin her career in the care sector in April 1995 as a care assistant. Over the years, she gained invaluable experience by learning the roles and responsibilities of various positions, progressing to her current role as General Manager of Brook Lodge Care Home. With 34 years of experience in the care sector, Debbie holds herself to exceptionally high standards and takes immense pride in being the registered manager of Brook Lodge.

Debbie’s unwavering commitment to quality care is evident in every aspect of her work. She ensures that the care team at Brook Lodge aligns with her expectations and values, working collaboratively to provide consistently high-quality care. Throughout her career, one guiding principle has remained constant: the residents are always her first priority.

Residents can enjoy wonderful sensory outside spaces and indulge in our hair and beauty salon. For any of our residents interested in film, they can access our dedicated cinema room, and those who love literature will love our libraries. We truly understand the importance of our residents’ hobbies, which allows us to stand out in the area.
