Teresa May is General Manager at Bradshaw Lodge.
Teresa is an experienced and highly dedicated member of our team with more than 21 years of service in the UK care sector, primarily within local care homes. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for compassionate leadership, deep sector expertise, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Recently promoted to General Manager, Teresa brings extensive practical knowledge and a calm, supportive management style. She is passionate about guiding, developing, and motivating her team, ensuring carers feel empowered, valued, and fully equipped to provide the best possible support to residents.
