Marie Louis is General Manager at Bradshaw Lodge.
Marie is the General Manager at Bradshaw Lodge and brings over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, including more than a decade in senior management roles. She is a supportive, caring, and efficient leader with a proven track record of guiding large teams and working in partnership with external stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.

Our luxurious 66-bed care home brings together exceptional care and coastal charm in one beautiful setting. Offering residential, dementia and respite care in a welcoming, purpose-built environment, care home residents enjoy spacious en-suite bedrooms, peaceful lounges, a cinema room, landscaped gardens and an on-site café – perfect for afternoon tea with family or a catch-up with fellow residentials.
We believe great care should come with great peace of mind. That’s why we offer an all-inclusive fee, covering everything from daily meals and haircuts to laundry, entertainment and more. No hidden extras, no stress – just compassionate, round-the-clock support tailored to each resident’s needs.
