Meet The Manager
Dani Pathirage is Manager at Bellerose Manor.
I began my career with the group in 2018 as a Deputy Manager. Through dedication and a commitment to professional development, I have progressed within the organisation, working across several homes to broaden my experience and deepen my understanding of high-quality health and social care. I have extensive knowledge of CQC expectations and best practice within residential care settings.
I have successfully managed two care homes since 2018 and led them to achieve an overall “Good” rating from CQC. I hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management and am also a Qualified Moving and Handling Trainer.
I was grateful to be awarded Carer Friendly Manager of the Year by Carers Trust Heart of England in 2025.
