Welcome to Beechwood Care Centre, located in the coastal town of Bridlington a short distance away from the town centre with all its shops, cafés, restaurants and entertainment. Bus and rail services operate nearby to other major towns and cities in the area, including Leeds, York, Hull, & Scarborough.
Each of the 62 ensuite bedrooms is furnished to a high standard, offering Residents the chance to enjoy luxury, comfort and tranquillity. At Beechwood Care Centre providing independence and choice is very important – one reason residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their own belongings to help them feel at home.
The facilities at Beechwood Care Centre allow residents to enjoy other everyday routines that promote independence, from using the spacious and luxury communal lounges and dining rooms, experiencing the Hair Salon and Beauty Room, or simply relaxing in the Coffee Shop or enjoying the secure gardens and views.
Beechwood Care Centre has a busy activities timetable, built around the key goals of mental stimulation, increased mobility and social engagement. Activities include arts and crafts sessions, gardening, exercise classes, cinema nights, quizzes, musical performances, and pamper sessions. Each activity is designed to enhance life skills and give a feeling of purpose and self-worth. There is a great variety of activities to try, with new activities added frequently.
The in-house chefs will prepare exceptional food from fresh, seasonal produce that’s locally sourced where possible. Menus will include a mix of delicious and nutritious options including traditional classic meals, Residents’ favourites and exciting international cuisine
