In February 2023, Mole Valley District Council resolved to grant permission for a new integrated retirement community at the historic Headley Court site near Leatherhead in Surrey.
The sales cabin is planned to open in late spring this year, welcoming visitors to view our model and discuss what your future could look like at Audley Headley Court.
The new retirement village will safeguard the future of the Grade II listed historic mansion house and restore the extensive landscaped grounds, which will be made available for the local community to enjoy for the first time in its history.
