Gemma Fearon is Manager at Archbridge Manor.
Gemma has worked in the care sector since the age of 19, starting out as a care assistant before progressing through a variety of roles to achieve her goal of becoming a Registered Manager.
Gemma’s mission in care has always remained the same – ensuring residents live their best lives in a place that feels like home. From the start of her career, Gemma has been dedicated to delivering compassionate, high quality care. Gemma leads by example, whether that is supporting those living with dementia or mentoring her team, her door is always open for a chat and a cup of tea.
Gemma has achieved her Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social care as well as having been a trainer for moving and handling, and a trainer for mental capacity, care plan and administration of medication.
