Meet The Manager

Michelle Love-Patel is General Manager at Alice Court Care Home.

"Having started my career as a home helper at 16, I discovered my passion for Health and Social Care while working across nursing homes and the community. I am a Registered Nurse with over nine years of experience in the NHS and hold a Level 6 in Leadership and Management, along with a Chartered Manager Award from the Chartered Management Institute.

I love supporting others and guiding them through their care journeys with compassion and respect. I’m excited to bring my experience, dedication, and person-centred approach to the team, helping create a warm, caring, and welcoming environment for everyone at Alice Court Care Home."
