Rosemond Thomas is Manager at Aegys Smart Care (Live-in Care).

Rosemond Thomas, Registered Nurse with over 10 yours experience in working with patients and service user in both acute hospital and in the community.

Rosemond also worked as a manager of which her role was recruiting experience care staff and assisting with healthcare related training and staff competencies. She was in charge of complaint resolving and liaising with other professional on be have of the organisation. Rosemond was in charge of polices and quality assurance.

In the community Rosemond worked as part of a district nursing team in various part of the country. Despite living and working in London for most of her life, she travelled to work and support other communities such as: South Tyneside, Conwell, Plymouths, Swindon, Manchester and many more. With all this experience Rosemond setup Aegys Smart Care to enable her support service users in the community.
