Lyndsey Rafferty is General Manager at Acacia Court.

With over 15 years of experience in the care sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge in both resident support and management.

I am fully qualified in all aspects of health and social care, including safeguarding and quality monitoring. My background has allowed me to build strong, transparent relationships with local authorities, the CQC and the families and friends who are integral to our residents' well-being. Together, I believe we can create a nurturing and joyful environment for your loved ones. My goal is to provide excellent care, structure and continuity, fostering a home where laughter and friendships thrive.
