Dingle Meadow - Care Home
Meet The Manager

Samera Musa is Manager at Dingle Meadow.

Through the 15 years I have been working at Dingle Meadow Care Home, I realised that care is not about ticking boxes... It’s about the small, human moments that make life meaningful. I understood that kind care is about presence. It’s about being there, quietly, when someone needs reassurance.

Kind care is woven into everyday life here. It’s in the way a carer remembers how someone likes their tea, or how staff pause to listen to a story they’ve heard a dozen times before, because they know it matters to the person telling it. It’s in the laughter that fills the lounge, the gentle patience during difficult days, and the respect shown in every interaction.

Every day, I feel privileged to help make this place a home filled with warmth, respect, and humanity.
