Belinda Davis is Manager at Lister House Nursing Home.

Here at Lister House we aim to provide Person Centred Care which is individual and holistic to the needs of each individual residing with us. We encourage and support all our clients to maintain their personal choices as this enables them to make decisions for themselves which encourages them to remain as independent as possible. We pride ourselves on assisting our clients to maintain a homely and safe environment.

This is achieved by providing the appropriate degree of care and support necessary to meet the individual needs of each person.

Description

The accommodation consists of furnished single and double rooms, most with en-suite facilities, a nurse call system in operation TV and telephone points in each room ( private phone numbers can be arranged on request). Assisted shower and bath facilities.

In order to make clients feel at home, they are encouraged to bring some of their personal items.
