Tracy Dunkley is Care Home Manager at Covent House.
Tracy is a Learning Disability Nurse. I am a compassionate and dedicated home manager. I have a deep commitment to resident well-being. It is important for us to move the barriers to the service and for the care home to blossom into a warm and inviting haven, where residents thrive in an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and safety. I believe in instilling a culture of empathy among the staff, ensuring that every resident's unique needs are met with unwavering attention and care. I want our home to be a place where happiness, comfort, and quality of life flourish.
Outside of work I spend time with my daughter, our 2 Bedlington Terriers and my friends. I also like to spend time in the sun in Tunisia.
Built over five floors, Covent House provides 63 single en-suite bedrooms for residents, specialist in-house physiotherapy facilities including a hydrotherapy pool, and a range of leisure facilities and lounges for residents to enjoy and socialise with other residents, family and friends.
