Located just outside the popular seaside resort of Eastbourne, Coppice Court is a friendly care home with 52 beds, offering nursing and nursing dementia care.

Coppice Court underwent an extensive refurbishment programme in late 2020 which transformed communal areas including dining rooms, lounges/day rooms, activities room, reception area, hair salon, bathrooms and corridors. During the refurbishment, each area was thoughtfully designed to enhance the daily life of every Resident and support the mind, body and soul.

With sitting rooms, space for Residents to pursue their hobbies and interests and a lovely dining room, Coppice Court has a host of places in which to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative. The pretty landscaped garden and patio is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family, and is happily looked after by some of our Residents.

Activities Are So Important

The carers and Residents at Coppice Court enjoy playing an important part in their local community. The home encourages an atmosphere of fun and inclusion and runs a weekly programme of events, which includes talks and demonstrations from local people willing to share their knowledge and talents. Performers from the area regularly visit and entertain Residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing, and members of neighbourhood groups, volunteers and other locals often drop in for a cup of tea and a chat.
