"I have been dedicated to the health and social care sector since 1997, starting as a carer and progressing through roles such as cardiology nurse, Night Manager of a 150-bed nursing home, and, for the last five years, Registered Home Manager. My hands-on experience has shaped my approach to care and management, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering high-quality care, and leading dedicated teams.



I also hold an MSc in Information Systems, enabling me to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and improve care quality. Committed to professional development, I strive to deliver exceptional care and support to those I serve."

Welcome to Cloisters Care Home in Hounslow. Our purpose-built 57-bed home, is ideally located within a popular residential area of this vibrant West London borough. Our dedicated care team and our activities coordinator are on hand to provide person-centred residential, nursing and care for those living with dementia, as well as support for sensory impairment and physical disabilities. We also offer short-term respite care or temporary stays.

We’ve been serving our local community since 1994 and everything about Cloisters Care Home is focused on helping residents live the life they choose. Whether it’s making sure their favourite dish is on our menu, or they can continue to take part in their preferred pastime, we make sure that residents’ individual preferences and needs are catered for right from their very first day with us.

Set within landscaped gardens, our Home offers a variety of facilities to meet the varying needs of Residents. Our spacious lounges are used for socialising and activities and also provide quiet areas to relax with a cup of tea and the morning newspaper.

Our in-Home shop means Residents can pick up essential supplies if they don’t want to pop out to the shop and we have a range of therapies available if Residents feel like additional pampering and relaxation.

Here at Cloisters Care Home in Hounslow we believe that Residents enjoy the very best quality care when they are getting the most out of each and every day. Our entertaining activities schedule, created by our in-Home team, means Residents can stay active, take part in their favourite hobbies and socialise with others. The vibrant community within our Home enjoys regular music and dance activities, art and crafts workshops, and karaoke is always a firm favourite, as Residents reminisce over songs from their youth.

We organise regular outings to performances, picnics and restaurants and our seasonal events such as our Summer and Christmas fetes always prove hugely popular with the local community.
