Geraldine Alfonso is Home Manager at Chelmunds Court.
I have 21 years of experience in care and have been proud to be part of the Runwood Homes family since 2012. One of my strongest qualities is taking on challenges, which has helped me grow into a better leader and mentor.
I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our staff. At Chelmunds Court, residents enjoy a safe, homely environment, filled with laughter and supported by a friendly, caring, and highly skilled team.
Situated in Solihull, Birmingham, Chelmunds Court is a 73-bed care home offering residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care, with a strong focus on person-centred care. Our home provides a welcoming and vibrant community where residents can thrive, featuring comfortable bedrooms, spacious living areas, and dedicated facilities.
